Are there different levels of Rhythm-Yoga?
A: Yes, there are currently three different levels of Rhythm-Yoga:

Level 1 is for everyone ... beginning through advanced athlete. The basic poses are taught from the ground up so that they are done correctly and in proper alignment.

Level 2 is best for one who understands the alignment and is ready to go a little faster in the flow and to deepen their practice by taking both the pose the breath to another level.

Level 3 is for someone with an ongoing Rhythm-Yoga practice, and is adept at both the integration of the asana (pose) and the pranayama (breath).

A: Regular practice of Yoga:

A: Rhythm-Yoga can be practiced by everyone, of all ages and abilities. Please note that if you have an injury or illness that could be affected by the practice of yoga, it is important to mention this before enrolling in a class.
